A2: We provide 3-5 years warranty for all battery packs for different situations. We ensure that our lithium iron phosphate battery packs have a minimum cycle life of 6000 cycles. This means that you can use the battery for at least 10 years with normal charging and discharging once a day.

Q4. Can we connect different LiFePO4 batteries in parallel or series by ourselves?

A4: Yes. Customers can connect the batteries in parallel or series. But we need to pay attention to some tips; 1> Make sure the voltage of each battery is the same before connecting in parallel. If not, please charge them to the same voltage. 2> Don't connect discharged and undischarged batteries in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack. 3> If you want to connect them in series, please inform us the target capacity of the whole battery pack.
